HOW TO FIND PURPOSE, MEANING, AND RECLAIM THE ZEST FOR LIFE.
Ever wonder if this is all there is—work, bills, a fridge full of beer, and a vague itch you can’t scratch? I chased “financial freedom” for years, thinking stacks of cash would unlock some grand life. Spoiler: it didn’t. Oftentimes we are led to believe that fame, money and hot chicks are everything we need to feel whole. But those unfortunate enough to step foot on that mirage can confirm we want something more. Depth. Purpose. Meaning. Fulfillment.
In this post, I tackle this issue while citing Viktor Frankl’s “Man’s Search for Meaning”—a book that will slap you awake. In it, Frankl talks about finding purpose through goals that matter, the kind that push you forward when you’d rather quit. I’ve been through my own existential disasters and found my way out, mostly by accident. Reading Frankl gave the things I stumbled upon a name, and confirmed that we’re built for meaning, not just coasting.
If you’re feeling stuck and wrestling with finding something to strive for, this is your call.. Want to overcome that hollow ache and build a meaningful life? I’ve got a straight-up exercise to help you pinpoint your why, shake off the weight, and move toward something real. Some say “you can lead a donkey to water, but you can’t make it drink”. Don’t be a donkey and check this out.
